All-inclusive
For a small sale, garage, or shed. Final fee determined during the initial visit and space viewing. A rough quote can be provided with a video walkthrough or phone call.
Final fee includes all auction listing, photography, bidder coordination, and payment processing. No hidden charges.
Move Management Services (add-ons)
Available alongside the auction, but quoted and contracted separately. Pricing depends on scope and is discussed at the initial visit.
Charity Donation Coordination
We coordinate pickups with Goodwill, Salvation Army, and other local charities for items that did not sell.
Junk and Garbage Haul
Coordinated trailer or van haul to Robin Hood Bay or other disposal sites. You cover the dump fees.
Deep Clean Referral
Quote from a vetted cleaning crew to ready the property for sale, rental, or handover.
Movers Referral
Coordinated moving service for items you are keeping but need transported.
Estate Liquidation Appraisal
For higher-value items not going through auction, we have a contact who reviews the inventory and negotiates directly with you. Provides a second avenue to sell.
Realtor Referral
If the property is being sold, we can connect you with NL realtors familiar with estate-sale timing.
Handyman Advice
Quick assessment of any repairs needed before listing the property. Referrals to local trades if you want them done.
What happens next
- We call you within 24 hours to schedule the initial visit.
- Initial visit (free): we walk the property with you, look at the items, talk through what should go to auction, and give you a firm quote.
- If you agree, we sign a one-page consignment and auction agreement together. You keep a copy.
- Our team photographs and inventories everything, then runs the auction online for 2 to 4 weeks.
- We run a short Facebook ad campaign during the auction week, included at no extra cost. Drives bidding activity and final hammer prices.
- Auction closes, items get picked up by winners. Payment to you within 5 to 7 business days by secure transfer with a written invoice.
